|All purpose flour||2 3⁄4 Cup (44 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shortening||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Browned butter glaze||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Mix thoroughly all ingredients except glaze.
If dough is soft, cover and chill.
Heat oven to 375Â°.
Drop dough by level table-spoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 10 minutes or until almost no imprint remains when touched with finger.
Immediately remove from baking sheet; cool.
Spread with Browned Butter Glaze.
