|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Confectioner' s sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Peanuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
Cream together 1 cup butter or margarine, 1/3 cup confectioners sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Slowly blend in 1 cup each sifted all-purpose flour and chopped peanuts.
Roll into cookies, using 2 teaspoons dough for each.
Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet at 350Â° for 20 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
Sprinkling with confectioners sugar.
