Banana Peanut-Butter Carob Chip Cookie

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Kamut)
  Frozen bananas 3
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
  Peanut butter 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chocolate chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Thaw the frozen banana and add oil and vanilla to it. Mix thoroughly. Add the peanut butter and again combine.

In a big bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix well. Now pour the wet banana blend to this and mix properly to a smooth cookie batter. If required, then add the water to make a paste. Add the chocolate chips and coconut to this paste.

Spoon the cookie dough on the cookie sheet. Put this into a oven having 375F temperature for about 15 minutes. Let it cool before serving.
