Elephant Ear Cookie

1.Pull out one sheet of frozen puff pastry and unfold it.
2.Pre-heat oven at 400C.
3.Sprinkle the pastry sheet with some sugar and drizzle with cinnamon.
4.Roll the sheet from the side and push down as you do it.
5.Roll the other side up until the both sides meet and press it down together.
6.Use a knife to cut 1/4 inch thick slices of the log.
7.On a baking sheet, place them face down and let them bake for about 10 mins.
8.Once they turn golden brown and look crunchy, the cookies are ready.
9.Serve them on a dish with a glass of milk or when its just about snack time.
