|Unrefined safflower oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Raw honey||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans/Sunflower seeds||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whole wheat flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sea salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Granola||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
Mix oil and honey.
Add the eggs, pecans, and vanilla.
Sift in the flour and salt.
Stir in the granola.
Drop by the teaspoonful onto an oiled cookie sheet.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 300 Degree depending on whether you like moist, chewy, or crunchy cookies.
