Hi, just 4 ingredients and a tasty treat ready in a few minutes time. These coconut macaroons look good. I liked the way they make way for the cherry to be inserted, shows their chewy texture. Nice video. Going by the delicious looks and taste with coconut and condensed they sure would disappear fast. However, was just curious to know their shelf life with the use of coconuts?

The studded cherries make these macaroons visually pleasing too. I loved the whole presentation of it. As foodwith me has asked, i believe those should be used readily, as there are no perservatives included, i doubt if thet could last long!

Hi foodwithme and Prezi! Thank you both for commenting! I'm not sure on the shelf life, different sources are saying different things with regards to the flaked coconut and the condensed milk. But you can put these into the refrigerator to extend its life. Sadly, I eat mine all up before they have time to get bad. :-) They are also great with drizzled chocolate on top or even dipping their bottoms into melted chocolate! Yummy! Have a great weekend and take care!

Hi veg foodie! Thank you for posting! Another fellow chocolate dipper! YEAH! Macaroons are soooooo good this way.... and with the cherry on top, it's a little like cherry chocolates with coconut! Yummy! Have a great day! :-) Take care...
