Rich Butter Cookies
|Soft butter||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Icing sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Cream butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg yolks and beat well.
Blend very well.
Roll 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick on floured board or pastry cloth.
Cut with large cookie cutter (3-inch) and put on ungreased cookie sheet.
Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle some of this mixture on each cookie.
Bake about 10 minutes or until golden.
