1⁄2 Medium, mashed
1. Preheat oven to 350 F (if using a regular oven instead of a microwave oven)
2. Into a bowl with mashed banana, add the oats and mix well.
3. Scoop out half of the mixture and put it on to a plate. Flatten the mixture with your fingers and place it in the microwave oven for 60 to 90 seconds.(If using a regular oven - place in the preheated oven for about 8 - 12 minutes)
