Frosted Chocolate Drop Cookies

  Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Semisweet chocolate square 2
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Sifted cake flour 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped pecans/Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chocolate coffee frosting 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg, chocolate, and vanilla; mix well.
Combine flour, soda, and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, mixing well.
Stir in pecans.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls, about 1 1/2 inches apart, onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes or until done.
Cool partially on wire racks.
Frost with Chocolate-Coffee Frosting while cookies are still warm.
