Almond Pulp Cookie - Almond Pulp

Ingredients

Almond pulp 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Oat flour 2 Tablespoon
Sugar free sweetener 2 Tablespoon
Peanut butter 1 Cup (16 tbs) (no sugar added)
Unsweetened coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs) , shredded
Salt 1 Pinch
Cinnamon powder 1 Teaspoon
Sugarfree chocolate chip 2 Tablespoon
Flax seed meal 2 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

MAKING

2. In a food processor jar add in almond pulp, flax seed meal, coconut, oat fiber, sugar free sweetener, peanut butter, cinnamon and salt. Blend everything together.

3. Scrape out the dough into a medium bowl. Add in chocolate chips, and combine with spatula.

4. Spoon the dough mixture unto a parchment lined tray. Flatten with the back of a spoon.

5. Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.

SERVING

6. Serve Almond Cookies with almond milk.
