Healthy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl mix together the canola oil, egg, vanilla, brown sugar, sugar and mix really well
2) In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and baking soda
3) Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix well
4) Fold in the oats and chocolate chips
5) Meanwhile, line a baking tray with parchment paper
6) Drop tablespoons full of the cookie batter onto the tray about 3 cm apart
7) Bake in the oven for about 7 minutes at 350F
8) Once they are baked, allow them to cool and then transfer them to a wire rack to cool further

SERVING
9) Serve the cookies with glasses of milk
