|Chocolate mints||1 Pound|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat egg whites until stiff, adding sugar gradually.
Chop chocolate mints with sharp knife; fold into egg whites.
Drop by spoonfuls onto brown paper-lined cookie sheet.
Place in oven; turn off oven heat.
Let stand until oven is cool.
