Peanut Butter Mountain Cookies

Ingredients
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oats 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
  Peanut butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Raisins 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Food coloring   (few drops of your choice)
Directions

Combine sugar, milk and margarine in saucepan; bring to a boil.
Boil for 1 minute and 30 seconds; remove from heat.
Stir in oats, vanilla, peanut but- ter, raisins and pecans; add enough food coloring to tint desired color.
Mix well.
Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
