Ingredients
  Egg whites 5
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Almond paste 1⁄2 Pound
  White corn meal 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2 Lightly grease a cookie sheet.

MAKING
3 In a bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry.
4 Beat in the sugar.
5 In another bowl, combine the, almond paste and corn meal.
6 Gradually fold in the egg whites.
7 Onto the prepared cookie sheet, drop the mixture by a teaspoon.
8 Using a slightly wet knife, flatten slightly.
9 Bake for 20 minutes or until delicately browned.

SERVING
10 Serve with tea
