Rolled Oat Macaroons

Ingredients
  Melted butter 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs   Small, separated
  Rolled oats 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Mix together the butter, sugar, egg, yolks, rolled oats, baking powder, vanilla and beat well
2) Using the electric beater whip the egg white till stiff
3) Add in the salt and continue to beat well
4) Fold in the whites to the oat mixture
5) Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a non stick cookie sheet
6) Bake at 375 F for about 10 minutes

SERVING
7) Serve the macaroons at room temperature
