Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix

Ingredients
  Unbleached flour 9 Cup (144 tbs)
  Baking soda 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Dark brown sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs), firmly packed
  Granulated sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Vegetable shortening 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Pecans 4 Cup (64 tbs), chopped
  Semisweet real chocolate chips 12 Ounce (4 Packages)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, add all the dry ingredients.
2) Combine thoroughly.
3) With your fingertips, cut shortening into the mixture.
4) Fold in nuts and chocolate chips.

SERVING
5) Use to prepare cookies or store in an airtight container and place in cool and humid-free place for at least 6 months.

TIPS
Store in refrigerator, for longer days.
