Basic Cookie Mix

Ingredients
  Unbleached flour 9 Cup (144 tbs)
  Baking soda 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Shortening 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Brown sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs), firmly packed
Directions

MAKING
1) Use a large bowl, to add all the dry ingredients. Combine these thoroughly.
2) Use a pastry blender, 2 forks or fingertips to cut in shortening to the mixture until it becomes crumbly.

SERVING
3) Use to prepare cookies or store in airtight container in cool, humid-free place for 3 or 4 months.
