Cocoa Coconut Macaroons

Coconut macaroons, I love them. Easy and simple to make. They are delicious as ever. I like to eat them with a cup of coffee. They are chewy and melt in mouth slowly.
Ingredients
  Cocoa 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Corn syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Coconut flakes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mint leaves 5
Directions

Medium heat the saucepan.
Add water, butter, corn syrup, cocoa, and sugar to the pan.
Stir, bring them to boil.
Add cream, stir.
Bring them to boil.
Add flour, mix until smooth.
Cool to warm.
Set the pan aside.
In a medium bowl, add cocoa mixture, coconut flakes.
Mix them, spoon to wax paper.
Sprinkle with mint leaf.
Cover wax paper.
Cool for an hour.
