Peach Macaroons

Ingredients
  Egg white 1 , slightly beaten
  Light corn syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned peach halves 1
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a bowl, combine the egg white, and syrup and mix till well blended
2) Add the brown sugar and bread crumbs and mix well
3) Place two tablespoonfuls of the meringue mixture onto the center of each peach half
4) Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 F

Serve the macaroons warm
