Christmas Cookie Nibbles
|Refrigerator cookies||12 Ounce (1 package)|
|Colored sugars||1 Tablespoon (Red and green)|
|Multi colored candy balls||1 Tablespoon (Tiny)|
|Confectioners' sugar||To Taste|
1 Preheat the oven to 375°F
2 Cut the cookie dough (peanut, sugar, coconut or butterscotch) into 1/8" thick slices.
3 Using floured small cutters, cut each slice into tiny cutouts.
4 For variation, cut slices with a knife in fourths and circles with inside of a doughnut cutter.
5 Shape the trimmings in hands to make small balls.
6 Roll in colored sugars or candies, leaving some plain to shake in confectioners sugar after baking.
8 Bake on ungreased baking sheet in moderate oven for about 4 minutes.
9 Allow to cool for 1 minute before removing.
10 Serve as desired.
