|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Oats||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All-purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1)In a saucepan, add sugar, cornstarch, water, vanilla and salt.
2)Add cranberries and raisins and bring to boil on medium heat.
3)Decrease heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool slightly.
4)Mix oats, brown sugar and flour and then cut in butter until crumbly.
5)Take a greased pan, and sprinkle half the crumb mixture.
6)Add cranberry mixture and top with remaining crumb mixture.
7)Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
8)Serve the cranberry crunch immediately.
