Cranberry Crunch

Cranberry crunch is a wonderful cookies to enjoy almost all the year. It is tangy, tart and sweet too. This cookie is simple like any other recipe. Bake it and enjoy.
Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Cranberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All-purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1)In a saucepan, add sugar, cornstarch, water, vanilla and salt.
2)Add cranberries and raisins and bring to boil on medium heat.
3)Decrease heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool slightly.
4)Mix oats, brown sugar and flour and then cut in butter until crumbly.
5)Take a greased pan, and sprinkle half the crumb mixture.
6)Add cranberry mixture and top with remaining crumb mixture.
7)Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

SERVING
8)Serve the cranberry crunch immediately.
