9 Inch Peanut Brittle Pie
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely crushed peanut brittle||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Baked graham cracker pie shell||1|
Stir milk into combined cornstarch, sugar, salt and egg.
Add 1.3 cup peanut brittle.
Cook over hot water until thick, stirring frequently.
Cool and add vanilla.
Pour into pie shell.
Sprinkle remaining peanut brittle over top of pie and chill well before serving.
Makes one 9-inch pie
