9 Inch Peanut Brittle Pie

This simple Peanut Brittle Pie is just the way any chef would make it. Follow this extremely simple and quick way to make this Peanut Brittle Pie and WOW your friends and family!
Ingredients
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Finely crushed peanut brittle 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Baked graham cracker pie shell 1
Directions

Stir milk into combined cornstarch, sugar, salt and egg.
Add 1.3 cup peanut brittle.
Cook over hot water until thick, stirring frequently.
Cool and add vanilla.
Pour into pie shell.
Sprinkle remaining peanut brittle over top of pie and chill well before serving.
Makes one 9-inch pie
