White Chocolate-Cinnamon Triangles
|Refrigerated white chocolate chunk cookies||18 Ounce (Pillsbury, 1 package)|
|Honey roasted cashews/Peanuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Toffee bits||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1 Preheat the oven to 350°Fahrenheit.
2 In large bowl, break up the cookie dough.
3 Mix in all the remaining bar ingredients.
4 In the bottom of ungreased 9-inch square pan, press the dough.
5 Bake for 23 to 27 minutes or until golden brown.
6 Allow to cool for 30 minutes.
7 In a small bowl, mix all glaze ingredients and blend until smooth, adding milk, just enough for desired drizzling consistency.
8 Drizzle over the bars.
9 Let cool for another 45 minutes or until completely cooled.
10 Cut into 16 bars, cutting each bar in half diagonally to make triangles.
