Almond Roll Cookies

Almond Roll Cookies are much simpler and easy to bake than they seem. They are soft chewy and crunchy too. These cookies can make your Holidays special. Almond roll cookies have been made by mom and grand moms for years. Try this recipe for the holidays this time.
Ingredients
  Almonds 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), blanched
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All-purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1)In a food processor container add almonds and chop then coarsely and then through fine blade.
2)Take a skillet, add all the remaining ingredients. Heat slowly until butter melts.
3)Take greased baking sheet and drop by half teaspoons, 3 inches apart.
4)Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes, or until cookies are lacey and lightly browned.
5)Cool slightly and remove from baking sheet with broad spatula and roll around the handle of a wooden spoon.

SERVING
6)Serve the almond roll cookies when desired.

TIPS
If cookies become hard on sheet, return to oven for a few minutes to soften.
