Almond Roll Cookies
|Almonds||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), blanched|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All-purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
1)In a food processor container add almonds and chop then coarsely and then through fine blade.
2)Take a skillet, add all the remaining ingredients. Heat slowly until butter melts.
3)Take greased baking sheet and drop by half teaspoons, 3 inches apart.
4)Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes, or until cookies are lacey and lightly browned.
5)Cool slightly and remove from baking sheet with broad spatula and roll around the handle of a wooden spoon.
6)Serve the almond roll cookies when desired.
If cookies become hard on sheet, return to oven for a few minutes to soften.
