Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Light brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), firmly packed
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Flour 1 1⁄8 Cup (18 tbs)
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Semi-sweet chocolate pieces 6 Ounce
  Peanuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

Grease cookie sheets; set aside.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixer bowl, cream butter or margarine, granulated and brown sugars, vanilla and water.
Beat in egg.
Add flour, baking soda and salt.
Mix well.
Stir in chocolate pieces and peanuts.
Makes 2-1/2 cups dough.
Spread 1/4 cup dough into a 4-inch circle on prepared cookie sheet.
Repeat until all dough is used and 10 cookies are formed.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
Place on a wire rackto cool.
