Kissing Cookies

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (At Room Temperature)
  Creamy peanut butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lightly packed light brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk chocolate kisses 9 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixer bowl, cream butter or margarine and peanut butter.
Gradually beat in 1/3 cup granulated sugar and the brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg, milk and vanilla; mix well.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt.
Gradually blend into creamed mixture.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Roll in 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cracked and light brown.
Remove from oven and immediately press a chocolate kiss firmly into center of each cookie.
Carefully remove from cookie sheet.
Cool on wire racks until chocolate is set, about 2 hours.
