Golden Raisin Lacies
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), firmly packed|
|Quick cooking oats||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Golden raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1)In a bowl, beat egg well.
2)Slowly add sugar gradually, beating thoroughly after each addition.
3)Add salt, nutmeg, vanilla, oats and raisins and blend well.
4)Take a greased baking sheet and drop spoonsful of batter on it.
5)Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
6)Remove from baking sheet at once.
7)Serve the golden raisin lacies when desired.
