Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  All purpose flour 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sour milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dates 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar till fluffy, beat eggs into it as well
2. In a dry bowl, sift together flour, salt, baking powder and soda, cinnamon and nutmeg and all it to the creamed mixture alternately with sour milk
3. Mix raisins, dates and walnuts into the mixture and drop spoonfuls onto a buttered cookie sheet; bake at 375°F for fifteen minutes

4. Serve as required
