|Graham flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|All-purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Corn oil||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
2.Mix graham flour and all-purpose flour together.
3.Mix well honey, corn oil, water and vanilla extract .
4.Blend the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
5.Place dough on a floured surface and knead until it stops sticking to your fingers.
6.Usea rolling pin lightly dusted with flour to roll dough out in a large square approximately 1/8 inch thick.
7. Cut 2-inch squares of the dough.
8.On greased or Teflon cookie sheets place squares, well spaced.
9.Bake for 8 to 10 minutes .
10.Remove and let cool to room temperature.
11. Store in airtight containers.
12.Make pie crusts with the crackers.
