Pecan Cookies

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  All purpose flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars till fluffy, beat eggs into it as well
2. In a dry bowl, sift flour, salt and baking soda together and blend this mixture into the creamed mixture along with nuts
3. Drop spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet, leaving a couple of inches of space between them and bake the cookies at 350°F for twelve minutes

4. Serve as appropriate
