Georgia Cream Cookies

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Walnuts 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon, to dredge
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar till fluffy, beat eggs, vanilla and sour cream into it as well
2. 2. In a dry bowl, sift flour, salt and baking powder and soda together and blend this mixture into the creamed mixture along with walnuts; drop spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet
3. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon together, apply a small bit of butter on a small glass, dip in the sugar mixture and use it to press the cookies flat
4. Bake the cookies at 350°F for fifteen minutes

5. Serve as appropriate
