Ingredients
  Egg whites 2
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Icing sugar 75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)
  Vanilla 5 Milliliter (1 Tsp)
  Unsweetened desiccated coconut 200 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
Directions

Beat egg whites with salt until soft peaks form.
Gradually add sugar and vanilla, beating constantly until stiff peaks form.
Fold in coconut.
Drop by tablespoon about 2 inches apart on a non-stick or brown paper lined sheet.
Bake at 160°C or 325°F for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Turn off oven and let dry.
