|Unsweetened desiccated coconut||200 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)|
Beat egg whites with salt until soft peaks form.
Gradually add sugar and vanilla, beating constantly until stiff peaks form.
Fold in coconut.
Drop by tablespoon about 2 inches apart on a non-stick or brown paper lined sheet.
Bake at 160Â°C or 325Â°F for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Turn off oven and let dry.
