Peanut Brittle

Ingredients
  Sugar 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Corn syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Peanuts 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs), roasted
Directions

Place sugars, water & corn syrup in pan, mix well.
Stir & cook until sugar is dissolved.
Without stirring, cook to about 300 degrees.
Remove, add salt, baking soda & butter, stir in.
Add nuts, mix in.
Pour out on greased flat pan.
Let set for a very short time; pull out thin.
When cold, break up & store in a tight container.
