Diabetic Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cream margarine, egg, Sucaryl and milk well.
Sift and mix dry ingredients, then add fruit, vanilla and oats.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes in 375°F oven (burns easy).
These mould quick.
Store in fridge or deep freeze.
