Ingredients
  Molasses 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Light brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350°F.

MAKING
2) In a pan, heat molasses to the boiling point.
3) Take off heat and add sugar and margarine.
4) Mix all dry ingredients together.
5) Stir into molasses mixture.
6) By using a teaspoon, drop on cookie sheets.
7) Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until firm.

SERVING
8) Serve as required.
