French-Swiss Cookies are something I relished along with a nice hot cup of tea. One of my mums anytime-available snacks, I now prepare and store these myself! Topped off with white ground nuts, I enjoy the crunch in these cookies.
Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolk 1
Sifted flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cinnamon 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Groundnuts 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine the butter and sugar.
2) Beat well till light and fluffy.
3) Beat in the egg yolk.
