|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shelled peanuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
1) In a pan, over low heat, melt sugar until golden brown.
2) Take this off from heat and blend in nuts and salt.
3) Onto a greased cookie sheet, pour the mixture covering thinly.
4) Allow cooling thoroughly and then cut into pieces.
5) Serve with coffee.
