|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Quick cooking oats||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Crisp rice cereal||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1)In a bowl, beat together shortening and sugars until light and fluffy.
2)Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition.
3)Add vanilla and stir well.
4)In another bowl, sift together flour, soda and salt.
5)Add to creamed mixture and mix well.
6)Add oats, rice cereal and coconut and blend well.
7)Take a greased baking sheet and drop spoonsful of batter on it, about 2 inches apart.
8)Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
9)Serve the crunch drops with tea.
