|Ground almonds||1⁄2 Pound|
|Powdered sugar||1⁄2 Pound|
|Lemon peel||To Taste|
|Candied fruits||1 Tablespoon|
1)In a bowl, add and mix the ground almonds with the powdered sugar and eggs to make a firm paste.
2)Add the grated lemon peel to taste and mix well.
3)Take a greased baking sheet and roll out paste and cut small rounds.
4)Decorate with almonds and fruit.
5)Bake it until slightly golden brown.
6)When cold, cover bottoms and sides with chocolate frosting.
7)Serve the marzipan cookies as desired.
