|Light molasses||2 Tablespoon|
|All purpose flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), sifted|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Pecans||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely-chopped|
1)In a saucepan, add sugar, molasses, butter and water. Boil it and remove from heat.
2)Add butter and stir until melted.
3)In a bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
4)Add to molasses mixture and stir until well blended.
5)Add pecans and mix it.
6)Take a well-greased baking sheet and drop a tablespoon batter on it. Spread as thin as possible.
7)Bake one cookie at a time for 9-10 minutes at 325 degrees.
8)Remove from oven and allow to cool 1/2 minute.
9)Remove cookie from sheet and curve over a greased glass.
10)Serve the lace cookies when desired.
