Strawberry Macaroon Whip

Ingredients
  Coarse macaroon cookie crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Fresh strawberries 1 Pint, sliced
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Muscatel/Port 3 Tablespoon
  Port/Muscatel 3 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
Directions

MAKING
1. Add strawberries to a bowl and sprinkle sugar on top
2. Fold all the ingredients together and add to individual parfait or sherbet glasses
3. Add whipped cream and a strawberry or cherrry on top and refrigerate till ready to serve

SERVING
4. Serve as appropriate
