Marshmallow Polka Dot Cookie

Ingredients
  Sifted all purpose flour 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Baking soda 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs) (2 Sticks)
  Firmly packed dark brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Vanilla 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butterscotch flavor pieces 6 Ounce
  Tiny marshmallows 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a sifter, measure flour, soda and salt
2. In a large bowl, cream butter with sugars, beat eggs into it and stir in vanilla
3. Sift the flour mixture into it, one third at a time and blending well each time; also stir the butterscotch pieces into it
4. Drop the dough by the quarter cupfuls on cookie sheets with six inches of distance between them and spread into rounds four inch in diameter
5. Bake for ten minutes at 375°F. place marshmallows on top and bake for another couple of minutes till the marshmallows melt; cool on wire racks

SERVING
6. Serve as per your tastes
