Lemon Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Butter 2 Cup (32 tbs) (4 Sticks)
  Granulated sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon extract 2 Teaspoon
  Old fashioned rolled oats 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F

MAKING
2. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt an set it aside
3. In an electric blender, mix butter and sugar and beat for ten minutes till creamy and fluffy
4. Turning the speed of the mixer down, add sifted flour mixture to it along with lemon extract and beat till blended well
5. Drop tablespoons of it into an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for twelve minutes until light golden; allow to cool on the baking sheet

SERVING
6. Serve as per your tastes
