Cookies With Almond Flour
|Ground almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lard||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (At Room Temperature)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (At Room Temperature)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Almond extract||1 Teaspoon|
|All purpose flour||2 3⁄4 Cup (44 tbs)|
1. Preheat oven to 350°F before baking.
2. Take a large mixing bowl and cream in almonds with butter, sugar and lard, Add eggs, almond extract and salt and mix well. Blend in flour with the mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 60 minutes.
3. Shape into 1 inch balls.
4. Take an ungreased baking sheet, arrange the cookies and bake 20 minutes. Take out, arrange on wire rack and cool thoroughly.
5. Serve as desired.
