Cornflake Macaroons

Ingredients
  Egg whites 2
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla extract/Almond extract / grated orange rind 1 Teaspoon
  Corn flakes 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat moderate oven (350°F.)

MAKING
2) Beat egg whites till fluffy.
3) Add salt and gradually beat 2 tablespoons sugar at a time till well blended and mixture forms a peak.
4) Mix flavoring and fold in cereal.
5) On greased cookie sheets drop one teaspoon at a time.
6) Bake in oven for 15 minutes.

SERVING
7) Serve warm with cream.
