Ingredients
  Semi-sweet chocolate square 4 Ounce (1 Ounce Squares)
  Egg whites 4
  Sugar 14 Tablespoon (3/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)
  Ground almonds 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Grate the chocolate

MAKING
2. Beat egg whites till stiff, add sugar slowly and beat till thick and glossy
3. Add ground almonds and grated chocolate; add spoonfuls of this mixture on baking sheet lined with parchment paper with some gap between two
4. Bake for twenty minutes at 350° F; cool on the baking sheet and peel them off the paper

SERVING
5. Serve as appropriate
