Chocolate Nut Drop Cookies
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (At Room Temperature)|
|Peanut butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg||1 Large (Use Extra Large Size)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Rolled oats||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Semisweet chocolate chips||3 Ounce|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1. Preheat oven to 375°F before baking.
2. Take a mixing bowl, prepare a mixture of peanut butter and butter. Mix in sugar, milk, vanilla and egg and mix thoroughly.
3. In another mixing bowl, add flour, soda, baking powder, oats and salt and mix well. Add to the butter mixture followed by nuts and chocolate chips.
4. Take an ungreased baking sheet, add teaspoonful mixture on to the sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or till cookies become golden brown.
5. Cool and serve.
