Semolina Christmas Cake
|Syrup||4 Tablespoon (Leveled)|
|Self raising flour||8 Ounce|
|Ground ginger/Other spice||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Melt butter with sugar and syrup, stir in the flour, sieved with the salt and ground ginger or other spice.
Mix in the semolina.
Cut out cookie guides from thin cardboard in different shapes: Christmas tree, star, bell, stocking.
Roll out cookie dough 1/8" thick.
Use cardboard guides to cut out different shapes, put onto greased baking sheets.
Cook in a slow oven - 350° F.
