Gourmet, Gourmand or always a mom's baby - you are guaranteed to enjoy this eggless crunchies. This recipe for crunchies has never failed me. Let me know how it turned out for you?
Ingredients
  Butter 6 Ounce
  Coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bi-carb 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oats 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Syrup 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Melt the syrup and butter together, then stir the Bi-carb.
until frothy.
Add the flour, coconut, sugar and oats and stir well with a fork.
Press lightly into 2 Swissroll pans and bake at 300° F for about 30 minutes.
Cut while still hot into squares and leave in tin till cold.
