Vanilla Crispy Cookies

Ingredients
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
Directions

Cream first 3 ingredients.
Add vanilla and salt.
Add eggs one at a time, beat well after each addition.
Stir in flour, mix well.
Drop by tea spoon onto greased cookie sheets.
Flatten with floured glass.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Remove at once from cookie sheet to rack.
